Confiture, Je t'aime and a crêpe for the Chandeleur.
My husband came home with a large stack of crêpes last night to celebrate the Chandeleur, a French holiday welcoming the first signs of Spring (so far absent this year). Needless to say, my kids were in heaven. My husband vaguely explained some of the rituals behind the holiday, which involved flipping a crêpe and a coin at the same time.
