Bon Week-end : Starting the New Year off on the right foot

This scene in The Heartbreaker makes me so happy.  The film is cute, but this is definitely the clincher.  In fact, I wasn't a huge Romain Duris fan until I saw it.  I hope you like it too.  New Year's resolution : dance more, especially with my kids (though perhaps not this dance).  My mom used to dance with me all the time.  If you are in Paris you can dance like this too.  My Little Paris has the info here.

Vanessa for Dinner

The family unanimously demanded spaghetti bolognaise for dinner tonight. My favorite recipe of the moment just happens to be Vanessa Paradis' - I ripped it out of an edition of Madame Figaro. You can have it in French here. I can just imagine her at home slaving away in the kitchen as Johnny Depp watches the kids. I wonder whose idea it was to add the touch of whisky at the end?
